Need a hand with 2UP?

Email us at support@flipside.life. We're a small independent studio, and a real person reads every message. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Including your device model and iOS version helps us help you faster.

Report a bug or crash

If something looks broken or the app crashes, email support@flipside.life with a short description of what you were doing and a screenshot if you have one. If you're on a TestFlight build, you can also take a screenshot and tap Share Beta Feedback to send it to us directly.

Delete your account or data

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and associated data immediately. If you can't access the app, email support@flipside.life from your registered address and we'll handle it for you.

Use 2UP without an account

2UP works as a guest — choose Browse as guest during onboarding to use the app without signing in. An account is only needed to sync your saved servers, streamers and characters across devices.

Server or streamer data looks wrong

Server listings come from the public FiveM masterlist and stream data from Twitch and Kick. Information such as player counts can lag behind real time, and a server may set its own name, icon and banner. If something looks badly off, let us know and we'll investigate.

Notifications aren't arriving

Make sure notifications are enabled for 2UP in iOS Settings → Notifications → 2UP, and that you've set a population alert on the server you want to watch. If they still don't arrive, email us and we'll take a look.

Subscriptions & billing

2UP is free to use, with an optional supporter subscription. Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For refund requests, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
